The Singapore Grand Prix 2008 is getting set to stage the event at the Marina Bay area. The Formula One race will be held on September 28, 2008. Preparations of the first ever formula one night race can be seen everywhere in the city now.

The ING Renault F1 Team will make a stop at Tang’s Plaza on August 29 to September 28. This will surely be a thrilling experience to the shoppers and tourists of Orchard Road.

80,000 tickets will be available for the first ever Formula One race in Singapore. The main sponsor of the event will be Singtel and the event’s official name will be Formula 1 SingTel Singapore Grand Prix.
