A rare peer of Hawaii’s premier ukulele players with a world-class command of the instrument that is what the Honolulu Star-Bulletin calls James Hill. His music is a tour de force mix of jazz, classical, and folk influences says The Vancouver Sun. “He’s got it all!” says Grammy-winning Hawaiian recording artist Daniel Ho, referring to James’ “pristine technique” and “inspired” compositions. In performance, James is energetic and captivating, mixing colourful anecdotes with a versatile repertoire that stretches from Schubert to the Beatles and beyond.
Together, James Hill and Anne Davison make a perfect harmony of ukulele meets cello. Don’t miss this intriguing duo perform in Singapore for the very first time, brought to you by UKULELE MOVEMENT.
