This Valentine’s Day take that special someone to MIMOLETTE for an exclusive and intimate experience. The serenity of the surrounding greenery and the peacefulness of this secluded destination makes it the perfect romantic get away. Enjoy a luscious five-course dinner and thereafter, an exciting party at MIMOLETTE Bar.

To start the evening, SMOKED DUCK SALAD WITH A LIGHT CITRUS DRESSING & MANGO SHAVINGS to whet the appetite, followed by fresh ¬SEARED SCALLOP RISOTTO WITH PURPLE CABBAGE. Cleanse the palate with our homemade MOJITO BERRIES SORBET. The main entrée for the evening; a selection of HERB CRUSTED LAMB RACK or MAPLE GLAZED SALMON. Both selections will be complemented with SAUTEED FRESH VEGETABLES and HEART-SHAPED POLENTA CAKE. End the evening with CASSATA WITH MERINGUE & CANDIED FRUITS.

Priced at $100++ per person with a complimentary glass of wine for dinner.
